Year after year, we look forward to bringing this delightful event to our members with Lighted Boat Parade Club Sails. This year, 5 boats loaded with 37 MSC members and their guests enjoyed participating in this magical holiday experience.
Daylight Saving season ends on November 2, bringing some seasonal changes to chartering at Modern Sailing. The changes described below will go into effect on Monday, November 3.

Prior to joining MSC, Timmy harbored an intense fascination with sailboats and sailing, which he indulged by insatiably consuming videos and books on the subject - but he’d never sailed before. Four years later, Timmy is embarking on the adventure of a lifetime - sailing the world with his wife Ari Davalos and their Chihuahua Papi on a boat of their own.

Last spring, three of MSC's Wind & Women instructors met up with Sømand, a women's sailing clothing company recently founded by two Bay Area women sailors.
June 19 was Summer Sailstice, an annual international celebration of sailing and the summer solstice. At Modern Sailing, we celebrate sailing every day!
With Team Kele capturing first place in their division on May 4 and three MSC boats enjoying some fun and friendly competition in the May 14 CYC race, the spring racing season is off to a fantastic start!
