How to See Your Visit History in Your Mindbody Account

Are you tracking your on-the-water days while striving for a USCG Captains License or a Commodores Club award? Then you'll love to know how easy it is to see your complete visit history in your Modern Sailing Mindbody account!

How to access your visit history in a web browser:

1) Login to your Mindbody account. If you've never logged in before, you'll find this article helpful: Using Your Modern Sailing Online Account

3) Under "MY INFO," click Visit History

How to see your history in the mobile app:

1) Log into the Mindbody: Fitness, Salon & Spa mobile app. The app is available at Google Play and the Apple App Store.

  • If you've never used the Mindbody app before, you'll be prompted to create an account. Don't worry if you already have an account to log into Mindbody on the web. Follow the steps to register for the mobile app and use the same email address and password that you use for your Modern Sailing online account in a web browser.
  • Add Modern Sailing as one of your "Favorite" businesses.
    • Click Search.
    • Type "Modern Sailing" in the Search field and ensure your search radius will include the Bay Area.
    • Once you have located the Modern Sailing School & Club business, be sure to tap the heart icon to add us to your Mindbody app Favorites. This will make it easier to get to your Modern Sailing account in the future.

2) Tap Schedule. Your upcoming and previous visits will be listed here.

Keep in mind that Mindbody only tracks reservations that were made in your name. This includes charters, Club Sails and Races, Courses and Clinics, Expeditions, et cetera. If you sail as crew on another member's charter, be sure to log your on-the-water days manually. If you need to track down your on-the-water days retroactively, you can consider contacting the skipper you sailed with to confirm the dates and any other details.

Do you have questions about becoming a licensed USCG captain, the Commodores Club, or using your Mindbody account? Please contact us. We're happy to help!

I've taken two classes at MSS&C and was very happy with the program. This is also a great club with lots of opportunities for camaraderie and practice on the water. The boats in the fleet are fantastic and kept in tip-top shape. I highly recommend for all sailors and would-be sailors!

Every aspect of Modern Sailing - training, syllabus, course materials, quality of the boats, quality of the instructors, and the very friendly and helpful staff - exceeded my expectations. Modern Sailing has a first class sailing program in an environment with challenging winds and currents. I look forward to coming back to charter a boat and certainly plan to continue my sailing training.

We just took our ASA 106 at a school in Rhode Island as we prepare for 6 months of cruising in the Caribbean. The class was great, but more than anything it made us really appreciate the quality of teaching and rigor at Modern Sailing. Even though we were the newest to sailing, the group seemed to think that we had the best fundamentals. We felt very well prepared and we see why Modern Sailing has the reputation it does.

Here are some snaps of Our Saturday, August 20, 2022 Modern Sailing Expedition with Captain Robert Bivin, who was outstanding. Please convey photos and thanks to him. He is an outstanding individual, leader and sailing instructor. His knowledge and experience made us all feel safe and our Farallones Day Trip educational and just amazing.

The meeting room was quite adequate and the location most convenient, but the course outline and instruction were outstanding. Modern Sailing is fortunate to have such a well organized instructor in Mr. Stan Lander who teaches very well from a rich professional background. Mr. Lander was generous with his time and patiently in helping students who needed more attention or time in understanding various aspects of the curriculum.
