The Bavaria 42 bluewater cruiser has a solid reputation as a comfortable and capable family cruiser. A large cockpit provides comfortable day sailing for crews of up to 8. At the helm, excellent visibility aids in ease of handling, while a dodger helps protect crew from the elements.

Designed to feel open and airy, the interior layout with inline galley and midship bench is well-thought out for entertaining and elbow room. Her high freeboards provide ample headroom for taller sailors below deck. Three cabins and a comfortable settee in the salon provide comfort for 6 to 7 crew to sleep aboard overnight.
