Grey Goose

Gold Fleet
Beneteau Oceanis 37

Grey Goose is a beautiful example of the Beneteau Oceanis 37 line in our Berkeley Gold Fleet. With sleek and clean styling inside and out, her performance under sail and her liveaboard accommodations are both elegant and comfortable. She features a dodger, in-mast furling mainsail, and roller-furling jib. All lines lead aft to the cockpit and the primary winches are located near the helm, making her very manageable to sail with short-handed crews.

Described as quick and agile on the water, she is simply a fun boat to sail. The Oceanis 37's responsive helm provides direct feedback to the hands, which makes it easy to practice fine-tuning and balancing sail trim to the point of sail. A large cockpit offers plenty of seating to accommodate up to 8 people for day sails and dockside celebrations.

This spacious, bright, and airy two-cabin model is well-appointed with liveaboard amenities and can comfortably sleep up to six overnight. Grey Goose is an excellent choice for delightful day sails and for luxurious multi-day charters on San Francisco Bay.

I would definitely recommend Modern Sailing to anyone who is interested in learning to sail the right way.

I love sailing in the San Francisco Bay and greatly appreciate everything that MSC has to offer, the classes, clinics, club sails, racing and charters. I enjoy our supportive sailing community and use every opportunity to spend time on the water. After obtaining the certifications from MSC I did my first charter in Croatia in 2022 with my family. It was amazing and we’re looking forward to returning soon!

I've taken two classes at MSS&C and was very happy with the program. This is also a great club with lots of opportunities for camaraderie and practice on the water. The boats in the fleet are fantastic and kept in tip-top shape. I highly recommend for all sailors and would-be sailors!

The class was terrific. I know you must get many compliments about your sailing instructors...But I must tell you that Robert is outstanding. Having taught SCUBA, I really appreciate the way he is so sensitive to all on board, dealing with each so well, knowing quickly their strengths and weaknesses making each feel special and cared for.

We just took our ASA 106 at a school in Rhode Island as we prepare for 6 months of cruising in the Caribbean. The class was great, but more than anything it made us really appreciate the quality of teaching and rigor at Modern Sailing. Even though we were the newest to sailing, the group seemed to think that we had the best fundamentals. We felt very well prepared and we see why Modern Sailing has the reputation it does.
