Cooking At Sea

Stevens’ “Gourmet Cooking at Sea” method takes favorite and famous dishes from restaurants and chefs around the world and translates them into a “two pan” cooking method, which can be simply prepared in any boat galley. Modern Sailing Academy offers an on-the-water course with Steve which will cover the details of this method along with hands on practice for three recipes - breakfast, lunch and dinner. While underway and at anchor you will learn how to manage a galley while preparing these menus. This course is limited to six participants and will take place on a large cruising boat
