For students who are ready for the ultimate sailing education experience, John Connolly offers over 45 years of sailing experience in oceans all over the world. Sharing with students his love for sailing and his expertise acquired through many ocean voyages, John provides practical knowledge and useful skills that can be applied in any sailing venue.

Through his many years as a professional sailing instructor, John has developed an approach to teaching that tailors the presentation to the individual and the experience, rather than simply relying on less engaging lecture-style delivery. John addresses all issues that come up during a trip, from provisioning in a foreign port to mastering the "Med" moor to anchoring in a storm. Read over our Testimonials and Read About Us pages to hear what past students have to say.

Whether you are preparing for your own offshore voyage or just looking for a new adventure in foreign lands, Adventure Sailing has something for you. More than 50% of our participants join John on a future trip.
